Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Avionics Deck (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit avionicsdeck.com or purchase AVIONICS, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We have deliberately kept this short, because we deliberately collect very little.
1 · The website collects nothing
avionicsdeck.com runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party trackers and no cookies. We do not know who visits, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
The only thing the site stores in your browser is a single sessionStorage flag
named av-boot, which records that you have already seen the start-up animation so
it does not replay on every page view. It contains no personal information, never leaves your
browser, and is discarded when you close the tab.
Our host, Vercel, processes standard server request logs (including IP address) to serve the site and protect it from abuse. This is ordinary infrastructure logging and is not used by us for analytics or marketing.
2 · What we collect when you buy
- Your email address — to send your receipt, access instructions, and notices about the product such as updates or changes to these documents.
- Your TradingView username — this is the only way to grant you access to invite-only scripts. It cannot be avoided; it is the delivery mechanism.
- A record of your purchase — which plan, when, and its status, so we can honour access, refunds and support requests.
We do not collect or store your card number, expiry date or security code. Payments are processed by our payment provider, who handles that data directly under their own privacy policy. We only receive confirmation of payment and the details listed above.
3 · Why we may share it
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to operate the product:
- Our payment provider — to take payment and process refunds.
- TradingView — your username is used to authorise your access. Your use of TradingView is governed by their own terms and privacy policy.
- Our hosting and email providers — to serve the site and deliver messages to you.
We may also disclose information where required by law, or to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
4 · How long we keep it
We keep purchase records for as long as needed to provide access and to meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations. If you ask us to delete your data and no longer hold active access, we will delete what we are not legally required to retain.
5 · Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy in portable form. You can exercise any of these by emailing support@avionicsdeck.com. We will not discriminate against you for doing so.
If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
6 · Marketing
If we ever send product news beyond transactional messages, it will be to customers only, and every message will carry a one-click unsubscribe. Unsubscribing never affects your access to the product.
7 · Children
AVIONICS is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
8 · International transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
9 · Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified by email to customers or by a notice on the website. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
